Further to my previous complaint during January this year, and this matter has obviously still not been resolved! The debit order on my vehicle finance account is still going through despite the account having been settled by Santam in December 2012. After having reported this on HelloPeter after endless emails and phone calls in January, I was assured that the matter had been finalised. I have once again been trying to resolve this and after a week have still had no response to my queries.
