Last week Tuesday I signed up for G connects service, wanting about 30 minutes of time to catch up on mail etc and went through the process. R180 was immediately taken from my credit card however the system came up with an error and I could not utilise the service for even 1 minute. I then contacted the call centre who assured me the refund would take 3 working days, then I was told 5 working days and today is working day no8 and still no refund. Come on guys this is not the way to do business. Please action promptly!!
