I've been promised a refund, apparently within 3-5 working days. This follows my complaint about non delivery for almost 3 months. So i was promised a refund on Friday 15 February and was told it would be within 3-5 working days. Well Friday 22 February at 9:50 am it was 5 working days and needless to say there has still been no refund to my credit card.
Thank you once again Groupon for not keeping your promises, at least you are being consistent with something.
What more do I need to do to get my refund???
