I bought 2 tickets to the Southern Xposure Tattoo Exhibition on 25.01.13 for 27.01.13, paid immediately via EFT, sent the proof of payment within 5 minutes of buying the voucher, after a day of no communication back from Cityslicker and no voucher I contacted them by their only contact point available ie. e-mail. No voucher was ever sent and I followed up again on 28.01.13, I received the following responseIt is with regret that we inform that due to the limited quantity of vouchers available. We where not able to redeem your payment as the supplier cannot source more vouchers for CitySlicker. We will gladly process a refund on our side for the amount paid. Please advise as to which refund option you would prefer as we can either do a refund in credit to your CitySlicker account or a bank account refund. Should you prefer a bank account refund, then please do provide us with your banking details as it is not captured/saved on our system. Do note that we are unfortunately unable to do a credit card refund. I then immediately sent my bank details and this is the response I received: Please allow 3-10 working days. I'm still waiting.. THIS SEEMS TO BE A!!!
