3 WEEKS of TOTAL lack of service from NEOTEL

On 5 June I purchased a Data device. I have been calling the call centre everyday sometimes twice a day to transfer my existing 24G data to my new device, called number swap. None of the call centre staff or supervisors after promising to solve my problem gets back to one. I've been without internet connection for 22 days. The product is good, the services is shocking and pathetic.
