This is the 4th time I am reporting this on Hellopeter.com. This seems to be the only way you get feedback. You can send emails to Blanche 1000 times a day. It is a month later, and still I dont have the refund I was promised on 31-5-2013. I was phoned last week friday to advise it will be in yesterday, well guess what? I am sick and tired of dealing with your incompetent people. Really and truly. It saddens me to think that this is what we have to deal with as service providers.
CAN YOU PLEASE PAY ME THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED 26 DAYS AGO, AND LET ME KNOW. I AM BEGGING YOU, TO PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, LET ME KNOW. IN MY LIFE I NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO HATE A SERVICE PROVIDER.. YOU GUYS CERTAINLY MADE THAT VERY EASY TO DO.
