Firstly, what happened on? No opportunity to rate how complaints were handled anymore. But that is not my main gripe. My previous complaint refers. Apart from a distinctly disinterested call from one Ayanda, NOTHING was ever done and NO feedback was received. We are still extremely disappointed at how Cell C Garden Route Mall AND Head Office failed to handle a simply upgrade. And Cell C subscribers are still being bombarded with spam messages, without the option of opting out. The solution is simple: OPT OUT OF CELL C COMPLETELY!
