Cell C
Cell C - no reception, no assistance

I have been with Cell C for a few years now and recently moved to Johannesburg. I work in Melrose and for about 90% of the day have no reception (no phone calls, no sms, no BBM, no internet). I have contacted Cell C repeatedly. The call center refers me to the branch, the branch refers me to the call center, they send me forms to complete and still no attempt at resolving the problem. All the Cell C subscribers at our office struggle with signal inside the building and outside.

I have been trying to resolve this for 6 months now. Why should I be paying full subscription for such minimal service?? It an absolute rip-off!
