Upholing Attitude from Lihle Motha Ref 298582242

I know and trust Vodacom to be the the best service provider, but recently i have been mistreated and disrespected by a customer service agent who fails to implement professionalism and assist me accordingly. instead he explained how he couldnt be bothered about my query.
instead he made remarks and from the point he answered the phone he was laughing which i find upholing and shaming the vodacom brand of intergrity. my Query is not resolved and i feel fustrated and mistreated than before. i have been with this company for more than 5 years and no one has given me such a disgraceful attitude i will escalate this further on every channel such customer care servise is inappropriate and unnecessary, i will continue using vodacom but as clients we must be assured that we will be treated with excellence not sarcasm
