Am I not supposed to work? feed my family?

I walked into the Vodacare in at VodaWorld on Monday with a software issue. I was told that it would take less than 4 hours to fix and I would be called and informed of progress. That was 3 days ago. Today, I try and call the call centre and am informed that its down. I drive all the way to Vodacare to be told that its still at Advanced Repair and they cant tell me anything. Bear in mind, I have been phoneless for 3 days, that equates to loss of income. i ask for a loan phone and im told because of wear and tear on the phone, I cannot get one. So, I cannot feed my family and do what i need to do, whilst no one can tell me where my phone is, or when i can get it? this is an awful joke. Im am not impressed at all. I've lost time and money trying to deal with Vodacom, and no one seems to to care.
