I changed my bundle package over the phone with customer services. There was a special at the time for R99 a month for 2gb top up. I have never reached my 2gb and am getting charged R130 pcm. Everytime i call the call centre there systems are either down or i am on hold for over half an hour. I would like this see to ASAP as i have been trying to get hold of MTN for over a week now which is ridiculous.
