After my previous post i got a response (after filling in a useless form that asked everything i told in the report) the response read as the following.

this response was on 12 june 2013 and yet no contact was made as described above today is the 10th day.
I've had it up to here if this problem isn't resolved i will be stopping the debit order for all my mtn contracts until such a time as the problem has been resolved to a satisfactory point.
