Contract declined

I was applying for an MTN contract. Their system declined my application because they say I have a judgment on my name. The judgement was settled last year and I have a letter from TransUnion saying the account was settled. Pity MTN system can't even pick it up and declined my contract on such a thing. They don't even look at my statement to see if there's beeen any failed debit orders on my name.
