I've chosen MTN above Telkom as I THOUGH I would not struggle to het hold of somebody when I have to.
I have constant problems with my WI-FI
My branch at Kempton Park just tells me to phone 083 1555 with no further REAL assistance.
083 1555 is the ONLY number I can find on the website. No alternative and no email address.
No info for complaints - NOTHING!!
when I phone 083 1555, the "voice" tells me FLIPPEN CONTACT MY NEAREST BRANCH!!!
Branch tells me I HAVE to phone 083 1555. I've struggled for DAYS now.
I really hope the MTN will see this and NOW try to sort out my problem.
PATHETIC!!!
