Monitoring tool and contract

Ased on the response I received, I was told that the contract cannot be changed and that the amount loaded on my phone is programmed on their system. I then requested a code to check the balance on my phone, I was advised to dial *100#, I then checked the balance and it reflected the amount and the sms.
I need a code where I can view the balance of my allowance as stated on my contract and advert and that is R200 airtime, 200MB and 100 sms.
What is missing on the balance is the 200MB
I would really appreciate if I can get a Monitoring tool to check my usage, and also the allowance to be in line with contract I have signed, not as how it is reflected currently.
If my request cannot be met, then I need to cancel the contract as it is not financially beneficial to me
