I lost my cellphone on saturday, 22 June 2013. i imeedietly called mtn, 808 to report it and to lock my contract line. i got an IVR, that eventually told me they experiencing technical problems and to try again later. I tried again later and the same thing. I then decided to call 173 as i was not being assisted by a human, i got throught to 173, i know they cant assist me, but the agent i spoke with told me he will send an email to ask then to lock my account, and that i should call back to confirm the next day. Today is Tuesday, 25 June, I have tried to call on numerous occasions from sunday to confirm if my line was locked and to obtaine and ITC number as i need to contact my insurance, and up until this morning i still got a message to say they are offline.
