LOCK BUSINESS PHONE

My phone has been locked by 8ta this morning. The phone account is up to date and somebody has decided to lock my phone so I can not use my phone for my business. The reason for this that I have gone over the limit of R800.00. My account has already been over R1000 and R2000.00 per month before during the last 2 years.

My account has never been locked. When I spoke to them this morning at 07h35 I was told that the only way that they can rectify this is by paying R840.20. I have paid this amount at 07h45 and faxed it to Fax 0880123113872 and also e-mail it to [Email Removed] It will take at least 72hours to connect my phone again.

I spoke to Sitebalgne Tladinyange at 13h15 and she has spoken to her superviser and they can do nothing about it.

You can not speak to their billing department. It is also not allowed to e-mail their billing department and it is not possible to speak to the person that decided to lock my phone.

After I have made payment and spend at least 45minutes on the phone you get nowhere with Telkom mobile and 8TA.

The only response that I had from them is that my account will be debited on 2013-04-30 by R765.80 WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY R840.20 . No phone 4 3days
