Lost Cellphone Nashua Mobile Insurance

I lost my cellphone last week on monday, went to the police station, did an affividavit and filled the claims forms, sent back the documents on the very same day. The SLA for claims is 72 hours, its Tuesday the following week i havent got a response back. I called them last week on thursday to ask about the response, apparently they had a backlog. I called today which is on a Tuesday 02/07.2013, the cosultant i spoke to is Thulane, he tells me that im under insured because the insurance wasnt upgraded when i upgraded my phone. He tells me he will call the agent who assisted me with the upgrade, who is Karshima from Nashua mobile Sandton city, that very agent who put me in an incorrect contract when i upgraded. She changed my contarct to an open contract, when she upgraded me she didnt mention any about upgrading my insurance as well. I called again today spoke to Gillian who couldnt assist, when i asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager doesnt have a direct line uses the call centre number which is ridiculous. then i asked to speak to Thulane who them gave me an attitude to say he had called karishma and the fone was engaged, i called Sandton city got in.
