BIS activation

I recharged yesterday wt R60 for BIS and they sent me 200 MB and had to wait a few minutes for my services to be activated like usually but now its bn 24hrs and still my internet services are not working and I'v spoken to 2 consultants from Mtn and they both said they are experiencing technical problems
