BIS activation turnaround

Can Vodacom really explain to me why their turnaround time for BIS activation when it has expired is more than 24 hours. Surely Vodacom is a very big company that must be able to offer instant services to clients.

Why must we buy prepaid internet that we can only start using after 24hours when l want to use it now. Since last year l load BIS when it has expired on my phone and it takes for ever to be activated. When l phone Vodacom customer service l am being told that l must understand that the technicians are working on it. Truely speaking what kind of good technicians would work on an activation problem from last year till this year with no solution.

If there is someone who knows where l can get a better deal for BIS that will be instant and still on prepaid please advise.

Vodacom you still owe a better service to your prepaid customers as well. No matter how little revenue we contribute to you we are still your customers who deserve a better service and not buy prepaid service and on top of that also buy another service from another service provider that you can use whilst waiting for the turnaround time of 24hrs for BIS activation every month.
