Cancelled account yet Neotel still deducts

Hi,

I cancelled my account in January 2013 for both my phone and data. Unfortunately Neotel continue to deduct money for my phone even though thephone line has been long disconnected and despite numerous phone calls and emails to request them to cancel the account.
