Too cut a long story short... I wanted to install ADSL at my new home. The salesman did not inform me of all the charges involved. As soon as I received my first bill, I asked them to immediately stop this service as I did not want or ask for this. Now this would take 20 days (which incurred more costs), and then they completely disconnected my line. Now, 2 months later, I need to reapply for the entire thing I wanted in the 1st place. Also it will take an additional 2 extra weeks.
I also needed to pay them R1000 for these services I did not want and I received or used NOTHING of this "service"
PATHETIC! FED UP! PATHETIC!
