Varouis problems ranging network issues, sim not registered on network or number dont exsists when people call me. That leads to loss of income. Then it went to total no recption at all but bill must be paid at end of the month. Then from june im requesting itemised billing cause bill is between r700 and r900 a month. Which is shocking as I still have minutes sms and data left. Here is there reply, content service, since when does 1100 nokia have any wap or internet services. Then number hotlined for 20 days of the month still my bill comes to 900 rand the month. Firstly I must pay r400 a month subscription which I have no access to the service from when I put my foot in cape town cbd. I loose business becuase my clients cant phone me. I paying for somethong I have no access to for most of the day every then to top it off the bill me for stuff my phone cant even do. One day I desperately has to send a message home, had no money. On me plus no reception. I then went to cellc adderly street to ask for wifi password so I could whatapp to get my message to my wife. the consultant kelly rudely said no.
