Shout out for not respecting my time

After much complaining about my previous network, I decided to get into the car and go to Sandton City so that I can port my number to MTN Pre-paid.

On arrival, I found the mall to be super busy and found the MTN store to also be very busy. Kekeltso queried with each individual in the queue what the nature of their query would be. She then told me that they do not have stock of the pre-paid, but I can try to get the SIM from CNA but I need to come back to the MTN store do the number port.

At this point, I thought this 30 minute task was going to end up being a two hour task; anyways, I NEEDED to get off my old network provider, so I complied.

Upon my return, the queue grew to an extraordinary length. After a 5 minute wait, Kekeltso spotted me and brought me forward to the front where she dealt with my number port in under two minutes.

Well done to Kekeltso. Something that could have been a mediocre network switch became a pleasant experience.
