Ever since i opened my account at telkom i have been given the run around, since this company doesnt respond, maybe all of you (the consumers) will think twice before using them... it has been over 2 weeks again, since i have had service from them, im sitting with a dead line, no internet etc... when i call the call centre i get different excuses, some of them are quite creative but none the less, its still down... im sick to my core with the extremely poor service this company offers and the stories they tell me regarding the fault. every single month there is some problem, and it seems to be getting worse. my lines are down someone better sort this out immediately!!! when i log a fault and get my reference, i call them and im told that a technitian will be dispatched the next day but no one comes out, then the close my log like its all fixed!!!
