My BIS has expired on the 5th of June 2013 the following day i recharged wanting to activate social and emails services but selected the wrong thing which was MTN social network services that instance i called customer service to ask if the cant reverse and activate the social and email for me because i havent even used the 75.00 MB the answer was a rude no, its the 24th today i still havent even use the 75.00 MB but still they cant help im really thinking of changing networks cause im really unhappy now...
