Still not getting anything fixed

After my last complaint the cables where magically, first time in ever in 5 years, the line is now faster after being down for 4 days but has the same problem, so here it is if you guys don't have this fixed by Friday the 31st i will be moving to Neotel they may not have your line speed but I'm sure the service is better!
