A Year ago you helped me with payment arangments to pay my account on the 25th of each month because that is the date that I receive my pension. Now all of a sudden they send me a sms this morning if I donot Pay immediately they will suspend my my connection.
I phoned the accounts dept but they said I must pay now I explained to him that I have a arragement with them but he don't want to understand. I don't have money now get tomorrow the 25th my pension. Please help me I need my phone very much The refnr 828705448 on the sms
