Last year 2013 July I had a complained and hellopeter helped me to resolve it.

the same problem Collin said I can pay my account on the 25th of each month because than I received my pension. All went well until last night when all of a sudden my phone was switched of.
Collin's phone nr is 011 650 5053 I tried to phone him but he didn't answer.
I need the phone because we are not in good health to phone the dr. Please help me to get my phone on again.
