Wrong billing information

I took a contract with Autopage last mid year 2013 not sure of the date .and I had ask them to debit my account on the 25th and not on the 17th of each month and that was the agreement with them when I took my contract with delisa I even signed the papers when the driver delivered my phone to me after but still thwy didn't follow the agreement and now they still debiting on the 17 and my account is now im owing them for November, December and January I did pay on the 18th of January at pick and pay using my easy pay number the amount of 1000 then on the 25th they debited 398.50 from my account and I thought that would be it as the said I owe 1349 but my line is still suspended and now they say I must pay 364 for January because the money that I paid was for November and December and with the agreement my contract is 389 per month and once I've reached my limit they cut of the line so that I don't owe them extra money and now they tell me that I exceeded my limit because the was an internet download of 400 and something now funny enough I don't use this contract simcard because i don't want to miss use and to avoid things like this im frustrated and stressed out now because I don't h
