Autopage debited my account with no authority! have been struggling for weeks to get it off my account. Staff that cant even understand what the problem is insist i must may the amount and it will be credited next month. What a laugh! One of the students in my class has been waiting 2 years for a R700 autopage owes her. Autopage just debit your account and if you dont pay, they suspend your phone. Thats why i have no phone connection tonight. Phoned their customer service several times to no avail. Phoned tonight again, Glenda has got no understanding of what the problem is even though she has i account in front of her. Tells me to phone accounts tomorrow. Refuses to give me her surname. Who gives Altech Autopage the right to debit your account and then suspend your service for non payment??? I think this is a lovely story for 3rd degree. Lets take this to a higher level, lets go national exposing this.
