I first complained to Vodacom about the reception in Solheim TWO YEARS ago. I was told they are aware of the problem and are currently looking for a site to put up another tower. Every three months I get an sms informing me they are still looking. As an estate agent working in the area, this is a constant battle and I am now at my wits end! This can no longer continue and I am sick of being fed just to settle me. I am paying for a service I can not use and I want to be refunded for every call that was dropped during the last two years and until this issue is finally sorted out. I am looking unprofessional and losing business!
