I opened up a case (6717052) on 17 September 2013 regarding internet connection/network issues. A month after complaining on social networks, a technician was sent to my house but for the wrong issue. Was told afterwards that it would take 7 working days to be resolved. Despite my constant queries, all I was told was sorry for the inconvenience. I finally get an sms today telling that it has been sorted. When I connect to the internet, the problem has not been resolved and is in fact worse if that is possible. The operators were not helpful at all and i have yet to receive any proper communication from anyone at Telkom Mobile, other than the social media teams who can only tell me sorry for the inconvenience caused which is not good enough. Why have I not been kept abreast of the issues and or called by someone to explain the hold up? The service I have received is poor which is an understatement.
