Giving wrong information

I bought mtn social network data bundles, the data bundles did not specify which social network they cover they just stated social network. I discovered when I called them that it covers mixit an fb and I had intended to use the bundles for what's app... They should have specified which social networks are covered. I thus want a refund as I don't use these other social sites
