8ta social does nothing!

Below is the email I received from 8ta. More or less telling me to "do it yourself"! I looked at the url mentioned, & couldn't make any progress. Meanwhile 8ta has done nothing whatsoever to resolve the problem which still prevails today, Feb 24th!
