I handed in form, an affidavit and proof of payment (of course) two weeks ago to have my cell number changed. It still hasn't happened. I went to the branch yesterday and spoke to an EXTREMELY rude woman who couldn't have been bothered with helping me. I then saw the manager (dressed in shorts and a t-shirt as if he had just come from the beach) who said he would contact me today regarding the problem which still hasn't happened. I have now been told that I have to resend the forms because they can't be tracked. You were so QUICK to take the money but can't be bothered to follow-up.
The service at Autopage is SHOCKING! It takes weeks for them to do anything.
