After paying my access fee of R1 600 on Thursday August 22nd I was promised by Ndumiso Magubane that Tumelo will call me to arrange the delivery of my phone and that the delivery would be the next day, and that never happened so I phoned again the following week on Wednesday since you will forever hold on 0831236084 & spoke to Marc Maleki and resend him my proof of payment who conference me with John on 0861333913 arrange delivery for the next day (ref:9377682255-210965) and that delivery never happened again and phoned again on Friday I was conference with John again and asked what was happening and he said he will find out and later he said the courier said they couldn't't get hold of me but this only was told after I phoned and still John said they will deliver today by AM (ref:1377862584-218076) and this hasn't done and I'm still waiting and struggling to get hold of MTN consultants again. This is a true inconvenience and I also told Marc Maleki to send me the insurance cancellation form so that as soon as I receive my phone I cancel the insurance as they messed with my head for far too long and I am fed up with them. And again He (Mark) hasn't send me those forms.
