No feedback in 2 months!!!

In april 2013 i had been to Bangkok, prior to leaving i was advised by a cellc store not to activate my international roaming, which i did not! once i was travelling i had noticed that i received sms's from cell c stating my limit is being reached, i then called from Bangkok to cell and queried this, they had stated my roaming was activated and my bill was increasing tremendosly! Through out my time overseas, i was constantly linking to wifi and to my knowledge that is a free service. When i returned to SA, i had called cellc again and logged an escalation and still up till today i have not received a response. I have made numerous calls and requests for a copy of my contract to be sent in order for me to see where i had given authorisation for the international roaming to be ativated!!! this i have also not received! My account was then debited - 21000 in June after i stipulated to cellc not to debit, a lady had called e to collect the arrears and still did not adress my escalation! this is rediculous pahetic service!!! i have now cancelled my contract with cell c which im sure this has not been actioned???
