I was supposed to have a number active by Thursday last week.
All documents have been submitted
My suspicion is that after being eagerly helped by Benedict in the initial phase of the order he decided I was no longer worth the time of the day after finding out I was to be a prepaid customer.
I have phoned and phoned and begged but have STILL not received a response.
Please can someone escalate this as a matter of urgency.
It is essential that I have a phone ASAP!
