I did an online order on the 16/06/2013. According to the website "Online orders are delivered Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 5pm. Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address. We offer FREE next-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm. It's been 8 days. I called the call center, answer "It's not there department" Called Vodacom Direct answer "They only deal with new contracts" I've called upgrades answer "It's on it way". I am seriously annoid. Why do they say "Next day delivery" if they cant do that. I could have walked into any Vodashop but now cannot cancel the upgrade and do that either. I will be moving the remaining 5 contracts to another provider - This service is shocking and I actually dont have the time to deal with this incompetence
