I have been with Essential Med for a number of years and been very happy... By mistake a cancellation of my debit order was done by the bank. There phones are having problems and i accept that but emails are also not been dealt with. I asked them on several occassions to help me over 6 weeks without a response. I then thought ok as i am now no longer on their books which is what my clicks branch informs me i decided last week to send a new application on line.. No one has responded... I can now believe a good friend of mine's story who was elated when I told him they have a new product for over 55 year olds.. He immediately contacted them (8weeks ago) and the promise of a phone back is still outstanding! Has Essential Med closed down?
