Neotel listed me on Itc unfairly

Neotel refuse to update my details on ITC after been paying them on time. I have been trying to remedy my Itc.

In their contact centre no one is able to help and you can't speak to anyone in the credit dept. because its nonexistent.

1. On the 26/08/2013 I spoke to Nomathemba in the call centre that promise to resolve the issues within 48 - 72 hours: NOT resolve

2. On the 28/08/2013 i spoke to Benedict to do a follow up that promise me again that this will be resolve but it will take 7 working days, because the credit department will have to notify ITC.

3. On the 30/08/2013 decided to resolve it myself request a paid up letter from call centre to forward to ITC: Spoke to Themba Maodlela THAT MADE ME HOLD ON FOR 32 MIN before dropping the call

4. Called back spoke to: Nthabiseng "the best call centre agent there" she manage to get me the letter and said she will send a request to Credit Department to up ITC.

5. Today 01/10/2013 i decided to go to their HQ and spoke to Zama in the walk who introduces me to a lady call Phillipine Mabuza in the credit dept. who asked ME how you notify ITC.

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

PLEASE ASSIST BECAUSE I DONT OWE YOU R7500.00
