I have recieved the most digusting service from vodacom.
what the are you people doing there!!! no one has been helpful. They just transfer me from department to department!!
i took out a new contract this month, and they are charging me for a contract that i have cancelled and paid off in May. i have been consistly called vodacom the whole month!! i have had endless problems with them and not a single person has been helpful!!! Tomorrow they are going to debit me for calls on my old account that i have cancelled and paid off and they is no one who can help me. These people work in a Call centre but the dont know which department is in Charge of what!!!
Every person I speak to tells me to call a different department. They refuse to let me speak to a manager or supervisor. How can you call this customer service when no one can help a customer!! this is!!
