Privacy Violation &Not receiving product I pay fo

On receiving the Blackberry Q10 handset with a new micro sim card I experienced the following from the first day of using the upgraded product. I received a telephone call from another vodacom customer, when answering the call the caller ID had indicated that I had called myself. It was a gentleman that had purchased a vodacom product and had received the exact same number as my cell number (082 562 8687) He indicated that he was receiving all my telephonic and sms information including personal and private banking sms's. The battery would not hold charge and was drained after two hours. As it is my business phone, I am suffering from a sever loss of income due to no telephone calls and messages coming through. My customers are complaining that they cannot get through to me via phone, text or whatsapp. I am exceptionally disheartened by this situation and disappointed with your product as I pay R1000 per month for a product and service that I am not even receiving.
In addition to this i feel that my privacy has been violated. This is certainly is not the service that I signed up for and i am a very dissatisfied customer.
