As per email to you yesterday, I went again today @ 10:00 to Vodacom Centurion. I was assisted by MARISKA BADENHORST (REPAIRS MANAGER) unfortunately you (VODACOM) are a franchise and DO NOT CANCELL CONTRACTS ALSO DO NOT REPLACE THE HANDSET IF NOT WORKING. I am disappointed in the manner VODACOM runs their business. The customer is their source of income but you not responsibble for the product sold to the customer. I need feedback from you today as promised last MONTH. I do not have the phone from 12/12/2012 until today because you are not the manufacturer but only sells the product. Masosi
