I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received from Cell C, I have been a customer for a number of years and expect the customer service I receive to be up to par.

I have upgraded/renewed my contract last month to the blackberry 9320, my phone was deliver to me, when I opened the phone I realized that I did not have a power button, I called Cell C the next day to explain to them I was unhappy with the phone and wanted a new phone. I was then informed that they would collect the phone and send it in for testing which will take 2 weeks. Standard practise when purchasing a product is I have 7 day to return the product and receive a new product immediately. I cannot understand why if a phone is missing a power button it needs to be analysis and I need to wait 2 weeks. All I want is a new phone that is in proper working order, I am paying for the phone and I cannot make use of it for 2 week! This is unacceptable and if I do not receive the proper service I deserve and a loyal client I would like to cancel my contract immediately.

Please can someone contact me urgently as I am not receiving any joy from the cell c customer service
