I went into the kc branch on friday the 21st june at aprrox. 16h45. A young lady assisted me in providing me with a micro sim and sim swop. She advised that it would take 24-48 hrs and that my original sim would automatically loose signal permanently for me then to be able to use my new sim card for my new device. Earlier today, Sunday the 23rd, I awaited for the above mentioned to happen yet nothing of the sort took place. I then called the help line on 082111 where I was told that the sim card given to me cannot be found on the system. This now leaves me with time wasted and requires me to again set aside time, money and drive all the way to the outlet to have this sorted and leave me at discomforting inconvenience with a business phone I'm unable to use. Highly frustrated by the service and products sold me and feel let down by such a leading "service provider". Pathetic.
