On Sunday I called the cancellations department requesting for my number not to be deleted as it was set to be deleted on Monday. Monday my number got deleted after many unsuccessful calls in which I was told it can't be reinstated 1 successful employee that assisted me stating I should go to the closest Vodacom with certain documents. later in the day received a call from a lady named Leoni advising me regarding the documents I needed as well a "contract sim card"
On Tue I visited the Vodacom store, the consultant was unable to assist me as there was no answer in the cancellations department, he also advised me there was no "contract sim".
Wed I called Leoni advising her reg the situation, she advised to go to the store asking for a "sim swop sim card". Again I was told there is no such sim card and I was sold a normal Sim card
Thur- I forwarded the documents to the email address provided to me, I received the ffg response "Could you kindly provide me with a replacement sim card number. The one you provided is a prepaid sim number."
I then called in 4 times before being put through to the right dep
4 days without a numbers... time off work.many kms of petrol! Highly disappointed
