I took out a new Contract - Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini on Saturday (Vodacom 4ways) and when I got home I found I was given a normal Sim instead of a Micro sim. The normal sized sim does not work on this phone!! From there it just all went pear shaped... Went all the way back to four ways on Sunday where I was provided with the correct sim for this phone. Guess what .. Monday came and nope. no Network yet. Phoned them on Monday where the guy who sold me the contract kept telling me that he will sort it and phone me back... well this did off course not happen!! After phoning him another 4 times he eventually told me to go to a Vodacom shop for a sim swop... okay then.. Decided to go to Voda World as there they might be able to sort me out... Did a Sim swop yesterday afternoon and guess what, this morning came and... no joy!! Not registered yet... Okay so looks like this isn't going to happen then. And o yes because of the up I will not be able to retain my original number... for that I need to go back to the beginning and start all over!!! NOTTT. Now how to cancel my contract??
