I've had a great experience with Cell C when opening my cellphone contract, competitive pricing and choice of smart phone. That being said, I am unable to use the capabilities of my smart phone because I cannot get Internet coverage in Randburg/Darrenwood/outskirts of Windsor areas.
This is not only frustrating when sending messages using Internet based apps, but I also cannot receive these messages.
Cell C provides a service by means of connecting to other devices. So long as I am unable to connect, I am of the view that I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
I don't have the time anymore to sit on the call centre line to voice my concerns, hence why I have resorted to posting on this forum.
I trust Cell C will address my concerns ASAP and in the same manner and good service that my contract was opened.
